The MECCE-14 registration fee includes:
  • Access to the Congress Sessions: conferences, communications, posters, round tables, business events, etc.
  • Congress Documentation: Online publication of abstracts (DOI), final program and list of participants
  • Coffee breaks throughout the Congress and lunches of 3rd-4th June
  • Free Access to Expoquimia, Equiplast and Eurosurfas

(1) Student Registration: Delegates enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD program in 2019-20. Individuals who already completed a PhD or a similar degree are excluded from this fee. Students are required to submit proof of their status. Those who fail to submit a valid proof of student status will be required to pay the fee difference. 
(2) One-day fee: Not applicable for paper-presenting participants.
Important information: All authors presenting papers should register before March 16th 2020.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be done filling the Online Registration form. One form per person. You will receive a reservation request after completing the form, if you do not receive it please contact with the Technical Secretariat: Grupo PACIFICO: This email address is being protected from spambots. Registration fee has to be paid before the deadline for early registration; otherwise your registration fee will be updated to the current one.

If student registration is selected please provide the proof of this category; otherwise you will be requested to pay the registration difference amount.

Full payments are required in advance to the conference start. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after we received the payment. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.

All payments have to be made on Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:
  • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
  • Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until May 28th, 2020
All pending amount has to be paid at the Technical Secretariat during the documentation delivery. In case of bank transfer payment or another method but not received it, you will be requested for an advice bank slip. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the pending amount.


REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Cancellations received up to April 5th, 2020 deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to May 5th, 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 6th, 2020 or registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
