The selection of the submitted communications will be made as a basis of the DIN A4 two-page abstract of the work. We strongly recommend submitting the abstract in English.

Each abstract must be sent in electronic format as a separated file, in Microsoft Word format, before January 31st, 2023 (deadline extended until February 28th 2023), through the Congress website www.mecce.org

Each registered author (presenting author) can present a maximum of two communications with Standard Registration, and only one with Student Registration.

Abstract instructions

The abstract must follow the guidelines:
  • Abstract title in bold capital letters and centered - Arial Bold, 12 points
  • Line feed (single space)
  • Name of authors and address centered - Arial, 12 points
  • Line feed (single space)
  • Scientific topic of the work, according to the Scientific Programme - Arial, 11 points
  • Text allowing to evaluate the scientific and technical interest of the communication. The abstract may contain figures and bibliography (3 cites maximum) should be included. - Arial, 11 points
  • Graphical resolution for figures should not exceed 300 dpi
  • Name, telephone and e-mail of the author presenting the communication at the bottom of the page – Arial 10 points
  • All should have a length between 1 and 2 pages

If you have successfully submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email after the submission. If no confirmation email is received, the abstract cannot be considered as successfully submitted.
